Finding our stone was a great experience. Lots of attention from sales to ensure that we chose a slab that was right for us. Installation was quite efficient, although some slight challenges with fit due to improper measurements by their representative. Enjoyed being able to see the exact piece of stone that we would be using and the ability of the company to have the countertops installed so quickly.

The quality of workmanship in the install was wonderful. The workers were very messy and some damage was done to kitchen floor and walls. All windows needed to be washed and scraped and rooms needed vacuuming. Screens were damaged and were taken back for repair. It took weeks to get them back and looked like they had been touched up with white out. I am happy with the expertise of the install, trim and stucco repair. Disappointed with the look of used windows and screens.

Had the products that we wanted at reasonable prices. We bought some of our renovation stuff through them. Customer service can be a challenge sometimes. It can be difficult to find assistance even standing at a service desk.

Absolutely amazing how efficiently it all fits together and how nice it looks. Every detail is thought out for usage and organization. Having only the one location makes "quick" trips impossible though, so plan your visit and if you have mobility issues beware, the store is very crowed both with people and merchandise.

We purchased our hardwood through Timber Town in the NW and I was impressed by the level of service before and after our decision. The salesman was knowledgeable and answered all our questions and above all we felt we got good value for our dollar.
