This is my third time working with Model Space Designs - I hired them for a previous project in 2011 & 2012, and I was so pleased with the outcome of the custom drapes and blinds that it was an easy decision to engage their services again. I had a requirement for custom blinds for the wraparound floor to ceiling windows in my new downtown condo. Sara took the measurements and sent me samples and pics of different fabrics- all while I was out of country! Sara has a great eye for color and is very good with making recommendations based on one's vision for a space. She is also very patient and easy to work with and never applies forceful sales tactics. In fact, for this recently completed project Sara advised that a less expensive product would work equally well in my bedrooms and ended up saving me more than half the money it would have cost to go with the pricier option I initially chose, and it looks great!!! I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. The first thing anyone says when entering the space is how sleek and stunning the window coverings are! I will continue to use Model Space Designs for any and all upcoming projects and cannot stress enough what a pleasure it is to deal with such professionals. Great selection of carpets that can't be beat. There are modern and traditional rugs to chose from in an array of colors. The sales people are knowledgeable and happy to lift and move carpets for your viewing pleasure. Initially I thought the prices were a little high, but in retrospect I think the value is good for the quality. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase my next rug there - and neither should you.

This is the second time I've used this company and the service is truly second to none. I had a small follow up project for Sara since she installed blinds and drapes throughout my condo, and the cushions and re-uphostering of my small ottoman was fanstastic. I've shopped the competition, and even wasted my money with the competition on a previous project, and I can honestly say dealing with Model Space Designs is so refreshing. Mohinder is a great guy. I have used their company several times for new carpeting. My bedrooms look fantastic, and the installation was done perfectly. I have yet to see better prices in the city,and their selection is second to none. Don't waste your time at the big box stores, these guys specializa in carpets and know more about their products than the competitors. Rest assured and use this company with confidence.

I've purchased many items from GH Johnson's since 2008. They have extremely competitive prices and do their best to deliver good service when they can. I've been dealing with the owner, Patrick, directly as he is always interested in consulting with me and providing me with the best solution possible. Once in awhile, a delivery may take longer than normal ( ie: end tables that were supposedly in stock at the suppliers, then put on back order because the supplier didn't hold them) however stuff happens. 9 times out of 10 the service has been spot on and expectations were met. Would I do business with these guys again, of course. You will be hard pressed to find better value in the city. Pat knows his furniture and is always pleasant to deal with. I've seen some comments and it sounds to me that some clients just don't have realistic expectations when it comes to doing business - good service is a two way street in that you have to be reasonable and respectful when dealing with others - and from what I have seen GH Johnsons is a fair and reasonable company trying their best to deliver good value with a smile.

Put any doubts to rest. I can assure you , you will be in great hands with this company. Sabrina took the time to help me through the process of choosing drapes and blinds for my condo. I am loving the dual roller shades for the bedrooms that can be semi opaque and blackout the light when necessary. I had no idea there was a blind like this on the market and am thankful for her recommendation. My home is now complete and the drapes look excellent . I am working with Sabrina again , getting some pillows and an ottoman reupholstered .
