I would highly recommend Ray. My backyard was partially interlocked when I moved into this house. The back 1/3 was filled with granite chips, which while looked nice, made it unusable as we couldn't put anything there and no one would even walk on it. After speaking to a number of interlocking companies, I felt most comfortable with both the price and work ethic of Ray. The work was done quickly, professionally and on budget. Now I can make use of my entire backyard! I've had a number of other projects throughout the past couple of months, and Ray was BY FAR the most responsive and easiest to work with. He went above and beyond and made sure I was happy. He made some recommendations that I greatly appreciated.

Just had some renovations done at my house which caused a lot of dust to settle around the house including the ductwork. I had called around and wanted the job to be done ASAP; however most places had a month scheduling backlog. One place recommended me to Mint duct cleaning as Ray (who is the owner and lead technician) originally came from the place I called. The quality of the work, the pride in the effort he put in, his experience, and his professionalism all were very evident in the final results. She had recommended some additional work, but did not pressure me. While at the time I did not opt to use any of the additional services, I will be using Mint when I decide to take those on.

I contracted http://www.mdpestcontrol.ca/ (also known as Cannon Pest control) after contacting a number of other pest control businesses. I had a Yellow Jacket (wasp) problem in a small hole in my concrete porch that I wasn't comfortable leaving due to my two small children (though it did help minimize the number of people coming to "upgrade" my water heater). I spoke with Mark (who you'll get if you go through the mdpestcontrol website) and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and walked me through what he was planning to do. Even though most places I called offered similar warranties (until the end of season), I really got the impression that he wasn't going to bug out (pun intended) after I paid him. He did a great job, invited me to watch from a safe distance as he did his work and even pulled some weeds for me since he was already down on the ground. The pricing he quoted was very competitive which enticed me to also hire him to do some outdoor ant removal since he was already coming out for the wasps. To sum it up...they were fast, reliable, friendly and gave me solid answers to anything I had questions on. P.S. I had tried the basic traps before calling with no success. Plus, the queen wasp doesn't leave the nest so she'll just keep on laying eggs if not dealt with.
