We had our windows done by Elite Window Cleaning for the first time this week. I specifically asked that they send me experienced cleaners and I was advised that this would be the case. The two people that came we're polite and wanted to make sure I was happy with the work. I believe that they were not trained properly, there was no pattern to how they did the work which made them forget some things. I went around double checking and had to remind them to clean the other window of the patio door and to clean the tracks. Also another Windows tracks. I don't recall them using a ladder outside to clean some of the windows that didn't open from the inside, I may have missed this though. The windows were clean when they did them for the most part. When they were done I asked them if all screens were replaced and they confirmed. I found two screens in one of the rooms not put back in.

They did an amazing job, did more than any other company has for our previous pool openings. We've been getting our pool open professionally for more than 16 years.

We had Shelley and Mike clean our windows and screens yesterday morning. They were quick and did a great job. I had about 24 windows and 17 screens to clean so it's a big job and we have a two storey house. They were really nice to work with and even dealing with Chloe was great. She answered all my questions and was very professional in doing so. This is our first time using a window cleaning service so I was a bit leary of how they would do. I have 2 members of my family (not living close by) that are house cleaners so I'm quite picky about this stuff. I was not disappointed.
