Bad service, rebate never give, does not reply phone calls
Had Brian install HVAC in my house at the end of April 2018, install was done ok, workmen left a small mess outside where brick was broken to install pipes, but that was ok, I cleaned it up. Brian had told me I would get max rebate for approx $2500 with a higher efficiency installation, Was told takes about 8 weeks to get the rebate after install, it is now December 2018, still have not got the rebate, my HVAC audit fee cheque was cashed over two months ago . Called Brian a few times and emailed, sometimes he responded saying wait, there was a delay in processing, but the rebate is on the way, this was in September, it is now December. Now he does not respond to my calls or emails.

First of all, When Peter contacted me in earlier December, I was out of country because of an family emergency, and I called and texted him right after I came back to Toronto, and I sent him all the information to find out the rebate status and I told Peter that he would get the rebate for sure. Actually the Enbridge Energy Saving rebate is not what we can control, we help customer to get rebate by connecting customer with certified Auditor and Auditor helps customer to get the rebate, sometimes there is a delay on auditor side, but most of time it's because that the paperwork delay between auditor's company and Enbridge, and there is always a delay for them sending out rebate check, so it's very normal that it takes 5-8 months for customer to get rebate check.
I even offered Peter that we can pay him the rebate amount right now, after he gets the rebate then pay us back.
