Years ago Galaxy replaced all the windows in our home and it was an excellent experience. When it came time for us to replace our drafty side door I once again called Galaxy. They were able to provide a quote within 24hrs of me calling. The price was reasonable and they offered a wide range of products. We picked out our door and placed the order in December, they were able to estimate an install in mid to late February. Sure enough I got the call to schedule my install in the third week of February. They arrived promptly at the time given and were finished the install ahead of schedule. The installer made it a very easy experience with little disruption and left the area spotless. We are very pleased with the quality of work and the door looks great. We will definitely contact Galaxy again when we are ready to replace our front door.

I chose to order some landscaping materials due to their competitive price. However I will never use them again, you get what you pay for. I placed an order on May 31 for a June 5 delivery. The online tool said there were 43 open delivery spots that day. At 5pm on June 5th I called and asked where my items were. They informed that they called earlier in the week to delay the delivery to Saturday June 6th. I do see a couple unanswered calls on my logs from private numbers with no messages. Fine, will deal with it. At around noon on the 6th I called to find out status as we planned to use all of the items on the 6th. They said it was on the lot and would be delivered in a couple of hours. It is now 6:15pm on June 6th and the truck literally showed up as I am writing this. I will now cancel my plans for tomorrow in order to use the items. Sorry Conservation Halton... I tried. The driver saved this, he was very helpful and provided great service. I ordered 1 Cubic yard or Brown Mulch, 1 Cubic Yard of 1" local stones and some coloured pea stones. Everything seems to be good quality. This would have been a 0 rated review however the driver made the difference. If you must order from them, order the delivery a little early and call daily.

We are extremely happy with our experience with Galaxy windows. They were on time, on budget and provided an excellent product. We have now had them installed for six months and couldn't be happier. The house is holding heat better and noise from the road has been drastically reduced. We contacted 3 vendors and went with Galaxy.
