Worst experience in my life. In 2009, my home had a service with Weedman for lawn care. In may 2010, my family moved to new address and phoned weedman stopping service at old address. however, one year later, the weedman claimed that the service was provided after we moved to my old address. I called the representative several times to explain. This company does not want to correct it and is keeping annoying me by monthly sending bill letters. finally, I faxed formal letter to them requiring stopping doing this. so far there is no sign to change for this weedman. I believe my experience is not alone. and hope the people who had similar experience contact with me so we can discuss this issue for next step.

I am unsure if this complaint is directed at the right Weed Man franchise as my office only covers about 10% of the North York area.
