S in Langley

We went to the Langley store location which is apparently run and staffed by one individual. We ordered a sofa and chair we loved - the price was good, not cheap, but reasonable. The furniture was being made in Montreal and would be delivered in 6-8 weeks as is typical. Except that after 9 weeks we hadn't heard anything, and after contacting her she said it got lost and would be delivered when it showed up. Then she proceeded to not even answer her phone at the store for the next 3 weeks!! When it was FINALLY delivered she promised to bring us back a gift the next day to make up for it....we never heard from her again. The furniture itself, however is great!!

We ordered a new bed and chaise lounge when we moved into our new home, along with some other decorating items and lamps. The staff at the store were very helpful and patient. Our items were delivered to our house separately - the same delivery man came and he was excellent. He cleaned up great, moved the furniture into the spot we wanted and took care and respect with our home. A great experience all around!
