On the coldest day, we were able to book Jeff to come see us. He was very professional, and quick to diagnose that the reason our hot water tap wasn’t working was due to a frozen pipe! He took his time to explain to us what needed to be done, and answered every single question we had. He explained what we would need to do if it didn’t thaw, and if it did thaw. We followed his directions and within a few hours had running water! He also offered valuable advice on another issue he noticed with a pipe. He didn’t push more service or money. He knew we could fix it ourselves, and therefore didn’t charge us more than the fee to assess.
