The undermount sink in our powder room was broken. I called Drain Rescue and Wayne came out. He had a difficult time getting the old sink out and since the lip of the new sink was a little wider than the old one, he had quite a bit of work to do to make it fit. He did a tremendous job. He left the bathroom very clean after his work. He was also courteous and professional. The lady who answers the phone has a wonderful manner and a great sense of humour. Wayne was at our home less than 24 hours after I placed the initial call. I can honestly tell you that if we ever need a plumber again, Drain Rescue will be our first contact point. I will recommend them highly to anyone else I find has a plumbing problem. Thank you.

The neighbour behind us had a dead Norway Maple on their property. They had removed branches from their side rendering the tree a danger to our property. An arborist told us that the remaining branches were very brittle and either a good wind or heavy snowfall would bring it down. We spoke with our neighbour and we were told they had already been in contact with Derek so we went in with them to remove this dangerous tree. Derek's crew were punctual and courteous. The tree came down without incident despite how brittle it was. We would not hesitate but to recommend Derek and his crew very highly. As stated, they were courteous and cleaned up both yards when they were finished. Thank you Derek. We are breathing a lot easier now that the tree is gone.
