It can be quite a shock when a service technician, who has been called for a routine cleaning, informs you that your furnace is no longer fit for service and must be turned off immediately, especially in the middle of winter. However, I must say the staff at Abbey Air made the experience of replacing the furnace (and a hot water tank) as positive as possible. Frank, the sales rep, responded the same day to our needs and was helpful in choosing replacement units. He also followed up the day after the install to ensure everything went and that we were satisfied with the work. Adam and Ben arrived within 24 hours after the problem was first reported (we were fortunate that they were not super busy at the time). The two gentlemen were very polite and worked quickly and efficiently, even in spite of the cramped conditions and clutter in our small furnace space. Adam appeared very knowledgeable and was more than ready and capable to answer any questions we had or to explain any concerns during the install. They cleaned up well after the work was complete and ensured that we were satisfied with the work before leaving. I would highly recommend Adam and Ben to others.
