Represemntatives of Grand Alarm Fara Fathy (Customer Service) and Daniel (Technician) were very friendli and ready to help me solving my problem with Grand Alarm system installed in my house in a very short time. Fara offered me a good deal for resigning with Grand Alarm and Daniel did a very good job repairing the unit, and also explaining me different functions of usin the kaypad of the system. The way they spoke to me and helped me was very friendly, very profesional and very fast. With this review I want to thank them for their job.
