Brandon Inch was very thorough with his inspection and service on our Furnace. He confirmed that we do in fact have a faulty control for the humidifier. It was suspect to be faulty since its installment in 2013, but never properly verified until now. It was wonderful to have such a great technician this time around. Lastly, he called me from his work vehicle while parked behind my garage upon leaving just to tell me that I forgot to close my garage door! This is the reason we stay with Roy Inch. People who genuinely care about their customers! Thank you Brandon!
