An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
we contemplating for a while to renovate our basement and had three estimates from local contractors. the estimates were too high and we decided to postpone it for a while. then we met adrian from a&r renovations, through some friends, who had their kitchen renovated, and we liked his work. we decided to give him a try. his references were good, and we were impressed by his skills, however we thought that being from toronto he would not be available everyday and would drag out the job. we were pleasantly surprised. a&r renovations were quick, did a superb job, and all for a reasonable price. we were amazed at the quality of work, and the detailed explanations which even a simple person could understand. thank you adrian for a great job done, we would recommend you anytime.
