Terrible Installation & Warranty Service
Brock Doors and Windows installed new windows and a new front door in mid-December 2022. Unfortunately, Brock did not install the door we had ordered (which had a glass insert), and instead installed a solid door. Consequently, our entryway has been dark and unpleasant. It took 8 weeks from the installation date for the correct door to be manufactured and ready for installation, but the service appointment was cancelled day-of because the installer was ill. The make-up appointment was scheduled two weeks later and was also cancelled day-of because the installer was ill. The third appointment (two weeks after that) was supposed to be between 11:00-1:00 but the installer did not arrive until after 1:00 at which point I was unavailable due to a work conflict. It's been over 5 months and we still do not have the door we ordered.

Ned, we understand this has been a frustrating experience for you and we apologize for the inconvenience that these delays have caused. We have offered the date of May 2nd to return and complete the work; however, we have asked that you please inform us of any road closures in advance as our technician was unable to reach your home due to your street being inaccessible.
We have asked our Warranty Department to please touch base with you tomorrow to confirm if May 2nd will work for your schedule.
