Went to your store November 28 to pick up supplies for our bathroom redo, we arrived at the store about 230 and attempted to get help in the plumbing department. i saw 2 customer service reps and attempted to call them but both attempts were ignored. Glen then went to find someone but after 35 minutes he finally spoke to a rep who stated he was duty and other rep for plumbing was on break. Finally waiting another 20 minutes the rep came back only to give glen the wrong information and tell glen to look for his own product. Glen glen went to the paint department ask to speak to a manager and was told they were in a meeting. We the proceeded to check out and explained our situation she was very polite and attempted to call for a manager twice and was told they were in meeting all day. The next day glen went back to your store and spoke with a manager Ed. Apparently he was going to call the regional manager and would get back to glen with a email. Once again we have not heard back from Manager (ED) or anybody else. We have a home depot card and have purchased everything from bolts to appliance over the years.
