Our door / entry system shopping started about 1-1/2 years before we purchased. We visited many local door showrooms and had several visits from salespeople but never seemed to find the right solution. We were greeted by Amberwood’s sales professional, Rick Faccini, who was very knowledgeable and passionate about the Amberwood product. Rick worked with us tirelessly in the showroom going over possible designs / solutions and was able to answer all our questions & concerns. After a visit from Rick in the next several days to confirm dimensions, color, and hardware we were able to proceed with our order. The door was delivered and installed on time by Amberwood’s installation team (Ray & Jacob) who were also very passionate, courteous, clean, polite, and professional in every way. These seem to be the common traits of the employees at Amberwood. We absolutely love our door and highly recommend Amberwood Doors to anyone shopping for a high-quality door solution that will make your house stand out from the ordinary.
