Called Mr. Rooter and the polite lady on the phone said a tech would be there within the hour. Todd was waiting in my driveway before I could get home from my office. Amazing service. After diagnosis of the issue, Todd explained what needed to be done and the cost. After what turned out to be a very major grease build up in the drain, Todd & Anthony had the problem fixed and the drain back flowing like it was brand new within approx. 2 hours. Their work was so clean and tidy you would never know that we had a problem. I would highly recommend using Mr. Rooter and in particular Todd & Anthony. Amazing professional service, well done.
