Niall and his crew did a great job. They removed an old deck and 'frilly' overhang that extended from the existing roof line.. The crew extended the deck footing, replaced 5 - 4x4 posts with 3 - 6x6 posts and bumped the outer edge of the overhang up to allow for easy entry/exit of the deck from anywhere. The underside of the overhang is covered with t&g pine for a good finish. The deck is very well built, aesthetically appealing and inviting. I had used Niall a couple of years ago for another project and would highly recommend him. Great job Niall. Keep up the great work.

Niall was great. Based on my previous dealings with other trades, Niall has turned out to be, by far, the best and easiest to work with. What struck me first about Niall were his honesty and attention to detail. He listened to us in order to understand exactly what we were looking for in the finished product. He provided valuable input throughout his engagement with us and more importantly, was quick to point out when something didn’t sound right (particularly when it involved other trades that were working alongside him). Niall’s workmanship was fantastic and given the quality of the end-job, he was very reasonably priced. Great job Niall! Too bad there weren’t more contractors with the same work ethic as yourself.
