I used Executive Touch to hang some wallpaper in my powder room. It was a very expensive, heavy and as it turned out very finicky paper to work with, and I needed it done quickly. Massimo, owner of the company, came by personally at the outset to assess the situation. He stressed the importance of stripping the existing paper to ensure a smooth surface and facilitate optimal placement of the new paper. I had someone else do the stripping since they were in the house doing other work. Massimo again personally attended to view the result and recommended that the surface be further prepared by priming with an oil based paint. He also noted that the crown moulding and ceiling should be repainted too, since they would look dingy once the new paper was up. These were great suggestions and he personally took care of doing that work in accordance with my tight timelines. On the appointed day, a tradesperson turned up to install the paper. Unfortunately, his work was not up to the high standard I had expected, or that Massimo had expected, so Massimo secured another person to come and make things right, which he did. The price I paid for the work was reduced to compensate for the lost time. I would therefore recommend Executive Touch for this kind of work, and Massimo himself for his professionalism and attention to detail. I am docking one star because of the hiccup that was experienced, but I do not think this is typical so give 5 stars for recommendation.
