One of the smoothest deal that I ever did. I've spoke with Max by phone and explained what I need to do, and same day he sent me 2 different setups/ quotation. When I read them, I said to myself I need to see this guy and talk to him. He showed up, check all that he needs to do and then he explained me why Infinity line ( AC, furnace , thermostat, air filter) is the best option for my house. And he said I will not regret even it is more expensive than the 10k quote with 2 speed A/C. From A to Z all was completed in one week. And I must say I'm more than happy with this Carrier high end line. With the HomeStars help I was lucky to find a professional, very serious, and meticulous HVAC Tech/ Company. Everything was installed as we've spoke, very clean and accurate in all details. I wish I could give him more then 5 starts for this excellent job. Please see the attached before and after pics. It all started this summer (after heavy rain few consecutive days ) with a sain on my stucco facade in one corner. I thought is a coughing issue, and I called a contractor to redo the coughing all the way around the balcony capping. He came in and he said I might have an issue with the insulations itself instead and to fix it I need a Flat roof Tech. I've searched HomeStars for a good Flat roofing Specialist and lucky I've found Ilir. He is so professional that right from the 1st visit I knew he will be the one I'll hire for this job ( expecting others 2-3 to come by and give quotes). He told me the date will come with his crew and said he hope will complete the job in same day. And so it was. No delays , etc... Unfortunately builder cut corners alover and that leak was there for actually a long time, but never noticed it, and it had created more damage than expected. So when they took off old capping and cheap insulation he saw he needs to rebuild the structure for like 30% of the edge of the balcony. So he came next day and he completed what he started, even was Saturday afternoon. And to his prestige he sticked with the price that originally we agreed. Long story short, fantastic job ( 3 layers of insulation top quality), black capping looking way much better than the cheap one builder put in top of wood framing ( unlike builder he put insulation underneath to avoid any structural damage in the future), etc,...overall extremely pleased with his work. Honestly I was very lucky to find this Contractor, and I'll recommend without any hesitation to all my friends that will ask me for such a project. Adrian ( TechSystem) is truly a dedicated contractor with the right combination of technical savvy and customer focus as can be seen here where some many happy customers posted their reviews. He demonstrated that on my project as well. He has been diligent and very detailed in his approach to ensure my outdoor cameras has been installed in very good technical conditions and I must say all my expectations exceeded.
