Sean has done multiple projects for us over the last 17 years including 3 retaining walls, around 300’ of cedar fencing, a 600 sq ft hardwood deck, the partition of our rec room and painting of the house exterior. We have been really happy with the outcome of each of these projects. The first – a 80’ x 3’ lumber retaining wall built 17 years ago, is still rock solid. What we really like about Sean, apart from the quality of his work, is that we can trust him to advise us when our reno ideas do not meet the municipal building codes, or could be improved by some different choices, or are simply poor value for money. Having a contractor who is invested in ensuring a good (and legal!) outcome for us, reduces both the fear of making expensive mistakes and the stress involved in undertaking a reno project. We highly recommend him for any project and plan to hire him for future renos.
