We've had a leaky flat roof dripping water into the garage of our townhouse for several years now. I found Canadian Roofing Company on Homestars and was impressed by their great rating and fantastic reviews. Jason came by to survey the damage and took the time to discuss the issue with me instead of just a quick once over and giving me a cost, like some of the other companies that had come by. He didn't just look at the main issue, but took the time to investigate other areas which could be areas of concern. When the crew came by, they were very friendly and were happy to discuss the process with us. The guys on the team made sure to make the work as non-disruptive as possible for me and my neighbours. Any mess made on site was always cleaned at the end of the work day, and the work was completed faster than expected (even though the water damage was worse than anticipated). Jason and the crew also made sure to mention some items outside of the scope of work that I should keep my eye on or look to work on in the near future.
