I am writing a review about my experience working with Vas and his team for a recently completed kitchen and bathroom renovation. The only accurate word to describe the experience is .. "Fantastic". From the original meeting and budgeting/design to selection of finishes to incorporating changes, everything went seamlessly. I was continuously impressed with Vas and his team's knowledge, workmanship, and attention to detail. Vas was on site every day, easily reachable any time, answered all my questions and helped with the decisions along the way. The crew were there every day from 8AM to 5PM, kept the worksite clean and tidied up at the end of the day - all important things for a homeowner living/working there. There were no delays waiting for any of the sub-trades to be on site and the project finished on time as per the original contract. With respect to cost, there were no surprises or hidden costs, and any changes were fully discussed and agreed to. I think the thing I appreciated the most is that I felt Vas was as invested in the project as I was and really wanted it to look good and function well and for me to be happy with the result. And I am! Thanks again Vas for making my old 1988 kitchen/bathroom into beautiful rooms that I will use and appreciate for years to come and, just as important, increasing the resale value of my home.

Triggerr and Karl helped my mother move to a new apartment in a senior's residence from her home of many years. They were courteous, professional, timely and had a great attitude. Not only did they complete the move fully (packing of the old place and set up of the new one), but more importantly they advised on what items would fit and did a computerized layout in advance which helped greatly. Items that my mom did not think would be suitable, were shown to easily fit into the apartment. The suite was all set up and on a tiring day (we had to travel) my mom walked into a suite that was all set up with pictures on the wall, shower curtain hung , etc. It looked great and she felt at home. This was a stressful event for us and working with Systems N Spaces made it much easier. You can't go wrong with them.
