I received a total of 5 quotes from local roofing companies in the West Island. I chose Réno-Toit not only because they quoted me a price within my budget but more importantly, the estimator was knowledgeable, pleasant and honest. He took the time to show me the issues with my previous roof and even took pictures of the wood in my attic. The estimator was happy to show me samples of different shingle suppliers (I chose a BP Everest shingle); he even brought a few samples of the selected color and layed them across a section of my roof to feel completely confident in my decision. I would like to mention that Réno-Toit visited my home in April and scheduled the job for mid-June. When the team first came to my house, they took the time to protect all my landscaping, balcony and driveway by placing large tarps. The entire job took a total of two full days (7am-6pm). The only thing I would watch out for is debris and nails on the driveway and grass. Make sure to sweep your driveway before parking in it! On time, on budget and very professional roofers. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased kitchen cabinets from IKEA Montreal (Akurum collection). I initially was not thrilled by the idea of buying products from here because the quality isn't great. However, IKEA has great design for exceptional prices. I was unable to fit all the boxes in my car so I had to schedule a delivery service. This is where I became extremely disappointed. The store I was at had the products in stock but could only deliver a whole week and half later. I had no choice but to except. The sales person told me that the delivery company would call me one day prior to confirm a time frame. Never received the call. The day of the delivery, I called IKEA and they were unable to help me - they were unable to reach the deliverymen and the transportation company's office was closed. I finally received my order (having waiting for 5 hours) and the deliverymen were thankfully very polite. Assembly wasn't too complicated but definitely time consuming. I would return to IKEA for purchases of nice looking products at good prices. However, I wouldn't recommend their delivery service. Borrow a friend's truck or rent one rather than have it delivered.
