The installers where awesome... Northern Windows themselves don't look after there customers. Especially seniors..like us..

We are truly sorry for the negative experience you feel you have received by Northern Comfort. We are trying to investigate to see how we could make this experience more positive for you, we certainly do not want any one of customers to feel that we don't care especially our senior clients, but we are trying to locate you in the system and can't seem to find you based on your name and location.
