This is the third job MLL Electric has done in my home and I couldn’t be happier. My townhouse had old aluminum wiring and I had a few scares over the years. I decided to upgrade for safety and peace of mind and am so glad I did. Manuel and Luiz did the upgrade with as little impact to my home as possible. Manuel planned it out so well that they only opened small holes where necessary (i.e. closets) and patched them when they were done. My electrical inspection (arranged by MLL) passed without issue and now I can sleep easy not worrying about over heating wires and potential fires. I have recommended MLL Electric to my brother and several neighbours and I know several have used them. I will also say that not only are they extremely knowledgeable and professional, they are down to earth gentleman and I miss our talks and laughs. Valentyn was exceptional from beginning to end. When I posted on HomeStars requesting quotes for my project Valentyn stood out from the other 2 companies as he was the only one who asked detailed questions to understand what work I needed done. He even went over and above by picking up my new vanity and toilet from Lowes. Valentyn’s attention to detail showed and he made sure no detail was overlooked. He even replaced a piece of trim from where the old vanity had been. The work was completed with perfection and the bathroom now looks amazing. When he noticed that the existing pipe had a tiny leak he replaced the line when other remedies didn’t work. He was punctual and professional, and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely call Valentyn for all future plumbing needs and highly recommend him.

Manuel is always professional, friendly and provides superior work. Manuel came in to do electrical work in my basement. I had insufficient plugs and I worried about my kids overloading the system with all their electronics. Manuel provide additional plugs, put in LED lighting, added a wall heater for my bathroom upgraded the heater in the rec room with a thermostat. He was always punctual, listened to what I was looking for and made recommendations that provided a far superior end result. Manuel provided a detailed quote and stuck to the budget and delivered on time. I was so impressed with his work that when I had work done in my laundry room I had Manuel come back to add pot lights. It was the perfect finish to the room. I highly recommend Manuel and would never hesitate to contact him for additional electrical work.

I am so grateful my electrician recommended Rafael. I had a flood in my basement which was repaired but I needed the drywall and trim repaired. Since there was little insulation in the wall I decided to have the entire exterior wall reinsulated and drywalled. I also needed work done in my laundry room. Rafael is professional, punctual, and keeps you up to date on the progress of the work and next steps. He made great recommendations to improve my laundry room, such as potlights and redoing the way my water pipes were set up. The finished result is amazing. It looks open, immaculate and bigger as the pipes are hidden. Once the exterior walls were removed Rafael found a major issue. Part of the cement floor against the exterior wall was missing and it went down to dirt. The exterior wall had a crack due to the lack of support in that section. Thankfully Rafael was able to fix the issue for a very reasonable cost. The work was done within the original stated timelines, completed professionally and within budget. Rafael was good enough to fix other sections of the deywall where the previous job was poorly done and did it without extra cost!! They left my house clean when they were done and made sure they put back my shelving in my laundry room. I highly recommend Rafael and will definitely have him come back to redo my main bathroom.
