Isaiah and his team created a basement apartment with a separate entrance. They got all the permits so it is a legal basement apartment. They arranged financing for the basement which is a big help because I didn't have all the money at the time. They made a kitchen, a living area and a bedroom. Now the apartment generates a positive cash flow of 200 dollars per month. Thank You to Leon and Isaiah for making this all happen.
