Can't, he came in, did his thing - I was up stairs... The workers name was Russ and he was very nice and helpful. At my request he took the time to show me how to set the schedule for our heating. He had also come previously in the spring and spent a very long time resolving waiting issue we had. He was incredably cominted and helpful and we are greatful to him because we would not have airconditioning otherwise!!!
