Unfortunately, I have to revise this review. Within two months a large two-meter crack appeared, and although Sammy came by to fix this by reheating the asphalt with a large propane torch, within months several new cracks appeared. Now the original crack has reappeared and is much larger, extending from one side of the two-lane driveway to the other and almost to the end of the driveway, about 10 meters in length. Although I paid extra for thicker asphalt, I suspect if I drill down with a 1/4 drill, the depth will be much less than the expected 3 " or 2.5" compressed asphalt. At the current rate of cracks appearing, this driveway will not last much longer than 4 or 5 years before it has to be redone. Better to pay a few extra $1,000 and get your driveway done properly by a proven company.

The bathroom was completely renovated, torn down and replaced from the drywall, floor, insulation, tub, and cabinets. The work was done in a timely manner, and the tile work in the tub/shower and on the floor is phenomenal. The Phoenix crew are professional and courteous. Highly recommended.
