Karl was great; he was very informative and ensured we got what we wanted. The windows function great. So far, I haven't felt any drafts...looking forward to putting them to the test this winter. A huge bonus with our new windows is the reduction in street noise. The only reason why we didn't give 5 stars for the company was the service representative did not willingly go the extra mile to make right on our trim installation. But in the end, it did get resolved thanks to Karl and we are very satisfied. We would choose Supreme again!
