We have had Jensen do work for us before...new windows and so we went back to them for an new exterior door on the front of the house. It matches very well the colour of the windows. They put it in with no fuss or muss and it has functioned very well. Well worth buying local.

Very good company ...they came on time and changed the three toilets which we had had in place for 30 years. They recommended adding new shut off valves for the toilets.
Church needed a new roof and the congregation were not particularly wanting to send all the old roof tot he landfill. We found this company and they put the steel roof rright over top of the old shingles.
Great company which came out and installed new single lever faucets. We had no shutoffs so I suggested that we should install these as well. They had the parts on the truck so there was no waiting to pickup parts. . Very pleasant and punctual person who did this. A great job which was handled with good professionalism.
In April of 2011 had some hail damage and phoned Sylva's among other roffers and got some quotes. Sylva's arrived and did a very professional quotation including information about WSIB and insurance coverage for while they were doing the job. I did get 2 other quotes and found them to be less professional. Insurance company advised to go ahead and so I booked Sylva's to do the job in the middle of June. They arrived on time and worked all day and were finished the same day. The cleanup was fantastic. They did not drop a bin on the driveway to sit for several days but used a dump truck. Very pleased with the job.
I had Jensen come and give us a quote and also got others. They were not really the lowest but it is a local firm to Dundas and they were very close. They did a great job and others on our street have used them as well.

New steel roof and skylights for St. James Anglican Church,Dundas
I am the chair of the property cmtee and we needed a new roof at the church. Contacted several steel roof companies for quotes. Max Guerra was on time and his quote while not the cheapest offered more options for the parish in terms of look and profiles. I made the presentation to the corporation for all the companies and it was an obvious choice to go with New Steel Roofers. Locally made product and providing jobs to the manufacturer of the roof but also to the installers. Lifetime warranty. The church will not ever have to do this again.
