June 2015 we did a large kitchen renovation and purchased all new “Dacor” appliances. All appliances arrived except our fridge, it was on back order and would come shortly. One month later it came. We had trouble immediately with it, the water dispenser would not shut off. After numerous phone calls and 6 weeks later, it was fixed by taping a plastic coil to the back of the fridge. This was done with a large amount 3M tape as they could not understand what was wrong with it. Next the ice dispenser would not work, again numerous phone calls and 4months later still no answer. At this point we contacted Tasco, after all was said and done we got a full refund for the fridge and could choose what make and model we wanted for a replacement. Tasco was very accommodating and professional. Thank-you
