They tried to repair the old furnace but ended up installing a new furnace, humidifier and water heater and removed the old ones.

Thank you for purchasing a new furnace, humidifier and the water heater from us. Some times we try to repair the old furnace however the government rebate is something that makes everyone to jump on getting the new unit.
