Installation issues and non-delivered products
Be very cautious of order and being on site for delivery and install - had issues with a warped patio door slab or installation issue causing major air gaps, to the incorrect door installed in main and a kitchen window that wouldn't close once it got cold out. None of these got replaced/corrected after being informed by the sales person I had ordered with that they recognized the mistakes and had, on order and would be installed/repaired. I spent countless emails and phone calls trying to arrange fixes and finally gave up.
