Rob from ‘Brit Renovation’ completed two full Bathroom & Laundry renovation project. Professional quotation & contract copy were provided with detailed project work scope. Project was handled in a professional & timely manner from start to end. Rob has a team of highly skilled tradesmen with immense years of experience & professionalism. Before the start of the project, floors & walls were protected with plastic sheet, paper & vacuumed everyday before leaving the project site. Rob is very professional, polite, confident in knowledge, friendly, hardworking & experienced contractor. I had worked with many contractors, but I found Rob far superior in knowledge & his experience. What makes him different from rest is his “Client Satisfaction First” approach which is hard to find in the renovation industry. I found this at countless time during this project, some of e.g. – His team installed flex shower base which I didn’t like & he happily replaced with concrete base, installation of recessed medicine cabinet he had to redo for height adjust when I didn’t like height from vanity top– HVAC for bathroom, wall to wall vanity installation, tilling work for ceiling, shower glass door installation, laundry vent, changing exhaust fan and many more examples. I am very impressed with the plumbing work done by plumber Mauricio, very experienced, did work as per building construction code, especially thankful to him for ‘Bidet’ installation with hot & cold-water control. Plumbing was very critical for this project & Mauricio handled it very well & did outstanding plumbing work. All work was done as per code, professional & timely manner with superior custom level finishing & attention to details. Floor, Wall, ceiling tiling were done with minimal grout line & with excellent finishing. Rob also addressed some of the issues with a smile & high level of professionalism which came after the completion of work. Considering my experience with Rob from Brit renovation, I would always recommend him to anyone. Thanks, Rob & team for your marvelous work done on this project. Dennis from "GTA TV Wall Mounting" re-installed " No Gap Wall mount from Samsung" for my 75 inch TV. First installer didn't install it properly and TV was leaning forward & creating big gap between wall and TV so I hired Dennis to fix this issue and make it right. Dennis is highly professional installer, came on time, could figure out the root cause and fixed the issue which was from previous installation. He also educated me on cleaning on TV screen for hand touch marks. He cleaned all dust with vacuum cleaner & left my place in a neat and clean condition. I already had bad experience with first installer so I was initially nervous on second time installation but Dennis successfully re-installed TV mount which clearly shows that he has years of experience in his area. Considering my experience , I highly recommend Dennis from "GTA TV Wall Mounting" for TV Wall-mount installation. I will repeat him again whenever there is requirement for TV wall-mount installation. Aubrey from Vision Window, Door & Glazing Systems supply & installed fire rated entry door in my basement. Aubrey was only person who could find & meet specific door requirement from the city. He had really sound knowledge & experience about his field. With his years of experience , he could understand & find 45 min fire rated door with fire rated glass. Supply & installation was done in a professional manner. There were couple issues surfaced after the installation which Aubrey tried to resolved them. Overall, I am satisfied with product & services from Aubrey.

Ian from ‘The English Plumber’ had worked on my basement renovation project along with my contractor. He is very professional , experienced , knowledgeable plumber & gas fitter in Oakville area. In this project he worked on new kitchen plumbing basement, routing gas line & setting up new plumbing for main floor laundry. All work was done in very professional & timely manner. Plumbing is one of the challenging work in old homes but having experienced and knowledgeable plumber & gas fitter like ‘Ian’ is always peace of mind. Guys from Monaco Lights were amazingly professional, friendly and provided great service. It was not easy job putting up rain drop pendant in the dining area but these guys made this possible. Dining area turned out to be one of the talking space in my home. They provided very reasonable & competitive quote., left place in a very neat condition. Dmitriy from 'New Kitchen Toronto' had done Ikea kitchen installation for my basement apartment. The entire job was done in a timely manner and no debris was left when the job was finished. Dimitriy also made valuable suggestions in the design layout which was missed by Ikea designer. Original kitchen design included more cabinets for installation but Dimitriy reviewed designed and available space in the kitchen and suggested not to include some of the cabinets due to insufficient space, minimum safety clearance & construction code requirement. Dimitriy also reduced his prices as soon as we decided to exclude some of the kitchen cabinets. With his years of experience from the industry, not only I was able to save some money but also lots of trouble which I might get in final inspection from the city. Later on, my renovation contractor also confirmed that it would be a huge issue in moving appliances inside the kitchen if we would not have followed advice from Dimitry & installed all the cabinets. My contractor needed some information after installation and Dimitriy showed a high level of professionalism & guided and provided necessary details for microwave exhaust installation. Overall Dimitriy is highly professional, honest, Years of experience from the industry (Which always reflects from his work & suggestions), reliable & motivated to perfection in his job. I would consider repeating Dmitriy for the main floor kitchen project from the scratch including kitchen designing. Mark & his crew finished complete Basement renovation, laundry setup on main-floor. Major Work involved :- ->Co-ordination, Inspections & approval from the City during construction phases. ->Inspections & approval of plumbing, HVAC, fire, heating etc. ->Inspections from ESA for Electrical work. ->Installing drywall, electrical, plumbing, tiling, ductwork, flooring, insulation, upgrading electrical panel to 200 amp, pot lights, installing fire rated interior doors, laundry on main-floor & basement. -> Installing interconnected smoke, fire & duct type alarm systems. He addressed some of the issues which came after the completion of work. Considering my experience, I recommend him for the basement renovation project.
