This company overcharges for their services! If I could do this all over again, I would definitely choose another company. I am being charged for a service that wasn’t needed but no one told me that the service wasn’t really needed and that it could wait. This company is a total rip off! Now I am being sent to collections because I refuse to pay the full amount for a service that took all of 5 minutes to do. Any decent company would tell the customer that they don’t really need the service and then leave the decision up to the customer. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company.

You ordered a service for the eaves trough cleaning. When we arrived we spent 30 minutes taking out 2 buckets of debris, which you did agree that we did. Service has been provided, so we expect payment to be made.
