They tried hard to please, but grossly underbid, and then cut corners and nickeled and dimed us for extras. These extras were supposed to be included in the original quotation. Hire if you only want a small, temporary, superficial renovation. Not geared to large complex jobs. Quality is not long lasting. Lots of problems afterwards related to electrical, plumbing, kitchen cabinetry, tiling, and quality of flooring and paint. In many cases Prep n Sell did not know how to resolve these problems and we have had to hire other contractors to do repairs.
