Got a quote within 24 hours of contact - spoke to Leon and set up a time for him to come in the same week. Super smooth process throughout and very reasonable price. They called me once they picked up the furniture and let me know their approximate time of arrival. They delivered all the furniture carefully into my very small condo. They are clearly VERY experienced in assembling the furniture as they only opened the boxes as they needed to - they knew the exact steps. Given the size of my condo there was no way for them unbox everything at once so this was key. These guys assembled furniture like it was a ballet. One worked on the sofa bed and the other on the desk. Except for the parts that required some drilling, there was no noise. They did not drop boxes heavily or tear through the boxes like they were in a rush. Yet everything was assembled perfectly in one hour :) If you want a reasonable price and very good service from a very experienced team call these guys.

Menkes isn't even close to the top in quality. Currently living in Harbour Plaza in the East Tower in it's OCCUPANCY phase. These units have been completed "on time" which is unheard of b/c the workmanship is rushed. The washroom sink faucet continues to run after turned off for a few solid seconds. Menkes initially refused to fix this indicating that they are "slow closing facets" and that this is normal. This is not normal and this does not happen with the kitchen sink or the faucet for the bath tub. Customer service indicated that this is normal - I've asked individuals on my floor and other floors, that is not the case. There is hardened grout on sink fixtures and the doorknobs in the bathroom that cannot be removed.
