Our furniture looked great in the catalog but upon arrival the actual quality turned out to be very disappointing for the price we paid. In addition to poor craftsmanship (uneven paint, minor wood defects), most hardware parts (magnetic locks, shelf support) were damaged. The store did not order replacement hardware parts and I ended up getting them from Home depot. However, it is not possible to buy the exact same parts unless you go to manufacturer, so I had to make modifications to the furniture in order to properly fit everything - a very frustrating experience.
