On Feb. 1st my daughter called me at work to tell me that the house was freezing, and the furnace wasn't going on. I knew that it was on its last legs, as it had not been performing well during the recent cold-spells, but was hoping it would hang on for a little while. Well, I called Reliable and Rob answered. He said he didn't think they could get there today, as they were swamped. I was just about to call someone else and was praying for a miracle (as it seemed everyone's furnace was broken), when Daryl called me and said that he could be there in a couple of hours. He called me back 2 hours later from my house with the news that it was the control board, and could be fixed, but with the age of the furnace, I would most likely be fixing something else in the near future. I made the decision, with his help, to have a new furnace installed, and they could do it the next day! Rob called me that evening and told me Shane would be at my house the next day to install the furnace around 9:30am, and Daryl would follow-up later in the day. Shane and Terry were at my house by 9:30am, and went straight to work. They were incredibly professional, and both so very nice. they left the furnace room cleaner than when they started!! The furnace was installed and warming up the house by 2pm. They did a fantastic job! Daryl called later that afternoon to follow up, and both he and Rob came by to check it out on Sunday. Rob and Daryl are two of the most professional and genuine people I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a very long time. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing advice, repairs or replacement of any of their home heating/ cooling needs. I will never be able to express how much I appreciate what you've done for my family and I. You, your company and your staff represent what so lacking in this society - honesty, compassion and professionalism.
