My huge, upright freezer stopped working, for no apparent reason. I priced out a new one at $1300. I called a highly rated repair company through Home Stars And was ghosted, despite an appointment being set up. I took a chance on Best Appliance. The consultation fee would be waived if the repair was done by them. I had nothing to lose. Eric came in the timeframe he stated, giving me a 20 minutes heads up. Within minutes it was diagnosed as a faulty thermostat. He was back the next day, again, in the proper time frame, and with a 20 minutes heads up. The new thermostat was installed in minutes. Would highly recommend this company for any appliance repair. Just wish Id called them first instead of the loser company that ghosted me.
