I hired this fellow. We agreed to a price and timeline. At first he or his employees were always on time. In the end the job dragged. Be careful that all is in writing and clear. Including all costs and "extras". Any conditions or promises not specifically mentioned, he and his office manager were not prepared to honour. Unprofessional approach to disagreement. After all said and done the work was OK for the cost.
