My wife and I purchased a home in June of 2016. We bought the house with the express idea of renovating as the house was in dire need of an update. We ended up having Bill complete a much larger renovation than we had originally expected to do including tearing out just over 2000 sq/ft of living space. We had him draw up plans for the city and we upgraded all of our windows and doors, added a new entrance to the house, re designed the main floor and upgraded all of the home systems like HVAC, electricity and plumbing ( all back to the city utilities). We had everything replaced - it was an 83% home Renovation with the only things trailing from the original home being the foundation and the exterior walls. We had an extremely tight time frame of 3 months to complete the project as my wife was pregnant and due in October. They kept the project on track for time and we were able to move in the first week of October. We absolutely love our final product and would absolutely recommend Carnegie Contracting to anyone looking for a renovation from a competent and qualified company.
