I was very satisfy with the job done by Peter for the water leak in my garage. I thought the problem was in the shingle on the roof above the garage but I was wrong. Peter examined the problem and discovered it was the shingle that were damaged by the Racoons on the roof of the house. He recommend to replace the shingle and connect the Eavestrough on the roof above garage to the gutter directly. Also he connect the Eavestrough on the roof of the house to the gutter directly. In addition, when I hired a racoon guy he to fix my racoon problem he told me there were wide gaps at the bottom of the windows for both rooms. The builder was too lazy to do a proper job but that's another story. I asked Peter about this problem and he proposed a solution to fixed it. I am very happy with his solution.
