We were impressed with Yevhen's efficiency and would hire him again without hesitation. Our Viking Professional electric oven wasn't holding high temperatures. Yevhen was here within 12 hours of initial contact and diagnosed the issue. We ordered the parts directly from a US based supplier at his suggestion (and without markup) and he was back at our first availability to install. He works quickly, shares clearly what he diagnoses and has broad knowledge of his field (I.e. provided a hypothesis - he was right, estimated the cost of the parts - again he was right, suggested the fix - and it works).

Our closing was late on our new home, resulting in a 30 min delay for the team from 416-SO-CLEAN. They were super accommodating, worked effectively, efficiently and did a terrific job. Kind, professional and courteous. Walked me through the job to explain their work, left me with some spot cleaner and booties to wear should I need to go through the area before it dried. I would highly recommend 416-SO-CLEAN - they were terrific!
