I was very disappointed when I got a letter in October that my current snow plower would not be able to plow for me any longer. He referred me to an associate of his who said that he would be happy to take over my plowing job. Then in early December, he called to let me know that he also would not be able to plow for me due to a problem with one of his trucks. There was snow expected within the next few days and I was starting to panic about what I would do. I saw a sign for Gatsby Grounds, called them and they came the next day to do a site visit at my home so they could give me an estimate. They promptly called to let me know the price and mailed me a contract. The deal was $35.00 for 2 - 8 inches and then double for anything over that, which I thought was very reasonable. I signed and faxed my contract right over and the next day, when it snowed substantially, I had nothing to worry about. They do a WONDERFUL and thorough job, better than any one else before them, so my dilemma actually turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I would recommend Gatsby Grounds Company to anyone!!!!

I use propane for my gas stove. Eastern Propane is so easy to deal with. They automatically check my tank a couple times a year and fill me up if I need it. If I call for service, I always get a very quick response. If you need propane, give them a try!!

When I put an addition on my house, I needed a lot of paint!! I went to Discount House of Wallpaper and they were extremely helpful. They graciously answered all my questions about which primer to use, what type of paint to use for each room and what type of supplies would be best. I will definitely use them again when I tackle any more painting projects!!

When I moved into my house a few years ago, I was searching for a decent deal on garbage removal. I found Sons of Kristoff Inc. based in Sterling, MA. I pay $22.00 per month for garbage removal twice a month, as well as recycling removal once a month. I don't think you can beat that!!

I hired von Rosenvinge Construction to do a second floor addition on my house. They ripped the roof off and built up. Scott gave me a very competitive deal and did absolutely beautiful work. He helped me with the design and we came up with a really contemporary floor plan. He did all the work, from demolition, to framing, to painting, everything. I absolutely love my "new house". He does beautiful work!!!

I switched oil companies a couple years ago to Rauscher Fuel. I have been very happy with their service. I've had a couple of problems with my furnace and they showed up very quickly - great response time!! I pay by the delivery, but their prices are always competitive.

I put a second floor addition on my house (with a bathroom) and needed all the heating and plumbing done. I contacted several plumbers, and Mike Gionet was by far the most reasonable price-wise. He is really nice and very knowledgeable. I am thrilled with his work.

I got a puppy a few years ago and needed to fence in my back yard. I called a few fencing companies and ended up going with T&M Fence Company. I am extremely happy with the result. I went with PVC fencing on two sides (that you can see from the road) and chain link on two sides. They were extremely helpful, went over all the different options for fencing and the pricing of each. They finished the whole project in 2 days and I have been able to let my dog roam free in my back yard. I would definitely recommend T&M Fence Company!!

I put a full second floor addition on my house and needed an electrician. I chose CBI Electric. They did the works - all the wiring, lighting, bathroom fans, phone and cable wiring. Chris, the owner of the company was absolutely wonderful. He gave me all sorts of ideas and was very patient with me!! He was extremely promt and responsive - not the case with all contractors!!! He called when he was supposed to, showed up when he was supposed to and I think he gave me a very competitive deal. I was extremely happy with his work and my addition is beautiful!! I would recommend him to anyone and if I ever need an electrician in the future, he will be my first call.

I bought my house about five years ago and wanted to get a termite inspection. Montachusett Pest control came and gave me a free inspection. I was so pleased with them, that I use them every year now. I've used them for bees, for brown beetles and I still have a yearly termite check - just to be sure. Kim - the office manager is one of the most pleasant, cheery people you'll ever talk to. They know their stuff. IF you need pest control - look no further!

I put an addition on my house and needed flooring. I got estimates from five different flooring companies. Acme Carpet one gave me the best price. My carpeting is beautiful and the price was very competitive. If you are thinking of flooring, I would definitely check out Acme Carpet one. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I am thrilled with my carpet!!!
