The worst possible customer service. We purchased a washer and dryer on the 21st of August from Canadian Appliance Source. We had a great experience with George as our salesperson. He was helpful and very pleasant. Upon delivery of our washer and dryer On the 4th of September, the dryer was dented and the company had to take the unit back. We were initially very understanding. My husband spoke to Cash (so?) who confirmed our delivery would be the following Sunday between 9-12. After 12 pm my husband to called to say we hadn't received our dryer. The customer service representative told us that we couldn't have it that day and they could not accommodate another delivery until Monday the 21st! After much resistance we accepted that this was the best the company was willing to offer. We were told that they would try to make the delivery in the evening as we both work and had initially planned for a Sunday delivery. Now we're told that delivery will be on the 21st between 9- 12 and cannot be rerouted! Despite their many errors and our inconvenience this company continues to provide substandard customer service. From an initial pleasant experience with their sales team to their lack of customer-centred customer service staff, we will never shop at or recommend this store again.

We have had the best experience with Best Fence. Mike and David were friendly and professional. We were looking to replace an old wooden fence in our backyard as well as put up privacy barriers on our front porch. Mike responded to my inquiry for a quote immediately. He worked with me to find a design that was within our price range and then began the work soon after. The work was completed on budget and within the timeframe provided. Mike and David were very flexible with the challenges of parking and work space around our home. They kept me up to date on the work and always ensured the area was cleaned up. It was a pleasure working with Best Fence.

We would definitely recommend Marius at Vivid Painting. He was professional and was honest and fair about cost and scope of the job. We have an older house that required a lot of preparation. Marius was very detail oriented and ensured the walls and ceilings were as perfect as could be before starting painting. He turned old walls into new. Marius also adjusted to some last minute changes I had without an issue. We would be happy to have Marius back.

Excellent service. We had squirrels nesting in our house. I called and Pesticon came to assess the situation the same day. They took care of the issue and we haven't heard squirrels since. Thank you Pesticon!
