Milad came on short notice to take care of a small job I needed done. Friendly and efficient service, exactly what I needed!

We were quite pleased with the work done by Açores roofing to re-shingle our house. They were prompt with responses, professional in the quoting process and on-site, and accommodating of changes in our schedule. The crews were friendly and considerate of our property. Sam even went out of his way to come back and help seal some leaky flashing (installed by a previous contractor) around one of our windows.

Called about a basement toilet not draining well; it turned out to be a building trap under by basement floor that was badly compromised by roots (this was very clear from the camera). I took up the baseboards and flooring in the affected room, and a crew came to break through the pad and replace the trap. During that work they discovered (as they had warned me might happen) that the drain pipe from the house out to the driveway was "No-Corrode" ("Orangeburg" pipe), a terrible product used in the 40s and 50s that causes trouble for many homes. This was also replaced, with only a small hole in the driveway (they didn't dig up the entire lawn). The site was left clean and ready for me to re-lay the flooring.

Our experience with Skylights Unlimited was outstanding from the very start. Their staff were very helpful on the phone, helping me understand what I needed to do to prepare (I did my own interior framing). On-site, Brady helped us to choose the best location and size. The install was scheduled quickly and they did a great job installing and cleaning up. We're very happy with our new skylights and the whole experience with Skylights Unlimited.

It went perfectly. The technician called ahead, arrived on time, and was very considerate of our house and our schedules. We were both working from home and needed some advance warning before he needed to work in a room where one of us was on a conference call. He arranged the order of the rooms he cleaned so as to avoid interfering with our work.

Joe did a beautiful job installing a custom glass railing, bamboo and laminate flooring, doors and trim, and a custom fireplace enclosure and corner cabinet in our house. He also completed the tear-out, cleanup, sub-floor and strapping. Joe works hard and pays close attention to details from the very beginning, ensuring that the project is finished to a high standard of quality and without hidden surprises. He will make sure he understands what you want and will come up with the best solution for your needs, all for a very reasonable cost. I was particularly impressed with his ability to quickly mock up a model (on the computer) of the project, and his willingness to adapt and rework the design until we were satisfied.

We had Basement Experts come in and finish our basement where we have our home office. To allow for more light into the office, the crew removed our original small window and installed a larger one which makes the office space much brighter. They also installed a special glass panel in the door to allow more light to filter throughout the basement. In addition, they added a small 2 piece bathroom and added a provision for a future shower which we will call to have Basement Experts back to install for us!
