Satisfied Customer on High Street in Carleton Place

Recently ended a very long association with a large home service provider whose focus shifted from ensuring my furnace was clean and had the best chance of a long life to a 15-minute costly visit to just check safety levels. My new heating service provider is Carleton RH&A. They got me out of a jam last Fall, cleaned my air ducts this Summer and most recently did a thorough furnace cleaning and inspection. All contacts have been very professional. I am a satisfied customer. Kudos to Trish for ensuring I have the best heating plan to meet my needs and to Matt who carried out the cleaning and safety inspection.

Silver Cross Ottawa installed a Savaria Stair Lift in our house about a year ago. Matthew made the experience relatively easy. He went beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied. We are very pleased that we chose to do business with them and are more than happy with the Savaria Stair Lift.

A competing HVAC company which has had our loyalty for years found a cracked heat exchanger then shut off our older furnace and the gas to it. We were happy that this safety issue was found, but disappointed when they pushed replacing the unit rather than helping with the more affordable repair. Thankfully we approached Carleton Refrigeration, Heating and Air Conditioning to help get our heat safely going again. I would like to begin by saying it’s great to work with a company that truly knows it’s business and are highly customer-focused. They were prompt, honest and gave us a fair assessment of our options. Though an older unit they advised the part was still under warranty and installation was priced fairly. We made a reasoned decision to repair the unit which is expected to provide heat for many more years. The work was done quickly, efficiently, with great follow up on our satisfaction. Kudos to Tracy and Matt for making this experience a positive one.
